That's strange; sorry the syncing messed up for you!
The one desynced thing I'm aware of is if you go through your deck really fast, you'll get the "the reversal spell is ready" message before the message telling you that you'll need to gather ritual to get the reversal spell, but it sounds like you didn't get those?
