I loved the animations and particle effects. They really made the game feel satisfying to play.
I also liked how the music sped up as things got more intense. I don't usually read anything outside of the game itself, but I was able to figure things out pretty quickly and even managed to buy a upgrades before losing.
Well done. The core gameplay is really solid.
