Really enjoyed playing the demo! I'm not normally a fan of the yandere genre, because a lot of the titles I've played (though not all - maybe I just keep finding bad ones 😂) just felt very "Here's a guy who's dangerously obsessed with MC, how far will he go and how will MC escape - if they can?" without much other nuance or depth - and no judgement against anyone who does enjoy that, of course, but it's just not really for me. The ones that I have enjoyed have been the ones where we get more of an insight into the yandere's mind - were they just born like that, was there a trauma or an unhealthy upbringing that made them that way, is it something about MC specifically or could anyone have ended up there if they were unlucky enough?

It's obviously only chapter 1, but it definitely feels like this game's in that second category. We've had hints that Turquoise had a... less than ideal upbringing, and also that he's got some self-awareness maybe? I got the feeling that he knows he wants to cling to MC too hard and he's trying not to (rather than just telling himself It's Fine Because He Loves MC) - but whether or not he's able to hold onto that thought will be interesting to find out! Likewise, it feels like MC is quite enjoying the attention for now - but how much is too much too soon, how confident are they in asking Turquoise for space (given that Turquoise is their biggest social link), can they stop Turquoise from going over the edge or is it inevitable?

It feels like there's a few layers to explore in this title, and I'm really looking forward to seeing how it plays out!

Thank you for your interesting comment. That is indeed what I want to explore in this game. The psychology behind a "Yandere's" obsession has always fascinated me, far more than the "If X touches you, I'll kill X because I love you" aspect.

Thank you for playing! :)
