Interesting game! It would be even more fun if the hot potato had different types or mechanics, such as a potato with a bigger explosion or maybe one that splits into two when you throw it.
Thanks for the feedback! In my defense I only had a day to finish this game jam, so I couldn't add more variants to the bombs/enemies. I'll keep it in mind though for future updates! :D
