I really liked the art for this game, the plague doctor sprite and animations look great! Combat was nice and smooth, my greatest enemy was the void sneaking up on me when I'm locked in on an enemy. If you work on it some more it would be cool to have some bosses that try and stop you from cleansing the fountain.
