I first thought I can just leisurely shooting around. 30 seconds in, I was chased a country's population of ghosts forcing me to circle around them by the edge of the map. My third run lasted 3 minutes using this strategy. Got a chuckle out of me.
Though the way the player can be attacked before the game begins is slightly unfair.
