Thanks for the suggestion! A day-night cycle would require different interactive gameplay for day and night, which isn't easy to implement, so it's a bit tough to make happen. Command options for Suzune are definitely a great idea, though! We’re actually planning to let you request actions from her via phone or conversation, and that's already on our roadmap.
