I was genuinely surprised by how pleasant this game felt. The pixel art is absolutely charming, and even though the levels are quite small, everything looks polished and inviting. The environments, interface elements, music, and overall presentation create a wonderful fairy-tale atmosphere.
I also really enjoyed the puzzles. I got stuck on level 13 for quite a while and even thought it might be impossible, but then I remembered that you can press a button while the character is still moving. Realizing that felt very satisfying.
The only thing that noticeably affected the experience was a bug where pressing a button would sometimes fail to retract the spikes. Aside from that, the visuals, audio, and puzzle design all felt very well made. I spent around 15 minutes playing, possibly more, and I may come back later to finish it.
