Lower your graphics settings, specifically the lighting and shadows settings. And you could try changing the renderer. But your gpu isn't very good, especially since it is only 6gb ram.
12gb is still not much, i have a 16gb 3060 integrated graphics card and the game can still drop fps a lot if i have settings too high. And againg you could also try swapping the renderer. d12 will be the most intensive and vulkan in theory is the least intensive.
