Does NOT work on Linux except Ubuntu (and related) 26.04 or higher (perhaps 24.04 too?) that is insane. the glibc is to new. needs one old enough for Ubuntu 16.04 and higher.
Works on my steam deck - I'm not sure what linux version runs on that. No expert! Both the linux launchable version and the .exe through adding to Steam and selecting Proton Experimental in compatibility.
