I don't think there is anything wrong with the mod, however when you have No teleport mod installed with it, you can still teleport, remove the butcher and you cannot teleport again. So more of a conflict I found and just wanted to mention it case others had came across it.
The teleport mod disables tabbing between vehicles and also disables visiting in the map menu. I was still able to tab between vehicles. I Do have a lot of mods, but I isolated it down by removing mods a few at a time. When I removed the butcher the teleport mod worked as intended and I could not tab, but with it in my mod folder I could tab through vehicles. I hope that makes sense.
