The strings.pak file does not need to be inside data.unity3d. You should copy it to the data folder containing the original Ultima Underworld files:

AppData\LocalLow\Kweepa\UnityUnderground\LooseData\UW\Data
Parfait ça a marcher, j'ai appliquer le patch au dossier UW et il fonctionne avec cette version unity d'ultima. Il y'a des defaut dans les lettres de certain mot, mais au moin c'est plus compréhensible. Merçi
