Really impressive game. I loved the visuals and how you programmed in the adaptive music which was an absolute banger. Also it's a really addictive gameplay loop, if I didn't lose then I might have kept playing for ages more. Once you get in the groove it gets very fun very fast. Also the upgrades were well designed with a high variety of them as any good roguelike should be. Nice art and concepts for the different upgrade names / designs. Just an awesome aesthetic all around, props to the artist, it gave me huge hotline miami vibes.
When I first played, I was a little stuck on what to do, like which icon represents the client and which icon represents the destination? Making it more clear would be nice. Also I dislike how I have to keep looking at the bottom left of the screen to see where to go; the mini map is great as it is but making the client and destination locations appear on the very edges of the screen would improve the flow of the game in my opinion. Lastly it wasn't very clear how I was getting the upgrades, because I seemed to get an upgrade every couple clients I delivered. If you added some sort of progression bar that showed how close I was to the next upgrade, it would be great.
But yeah really impressive game, well done. My high score was 27 passengers, 450.99 time spent and 3818.00 as my richest point.
