Very fun concept! Would've appreciated some kind of inventory to be able to see what letters and items I currently have, but I otherwise can't think of any way I'd change the main gameplay loop - the typed commands are really satisfying and play well off the time limit, and collecting letters is a cool thematic way to gate progress.
