raw, visceral, disorienting. despite the cute visuals, this is girls school hell in a visual novel.
the scratchy, collaged art add to the intensity of this visual novel. i especially love the cgs, with scattered stickers, objects, and hand-written links. the naming of the characters was clever too.

dorian reminds me of my best (and only) friend in my secondary school (which was also an all-girls school.) he was a moody, quiet guy who was into prog rock, walking through the cotswalds, and playing with his dog. in a way, (like dorian and capella) he'd try to get me out of my shell, because i was very shy as a teen. i hope he's doing okay right now.
