It's a pova 5, When I installed the game I had no problems, but this bug started after completing the first mission of chapter 2.

I think the problem is the lack of processing power and the game's poor optimization, which directly affects mobile devices. Tecno and Realme devices are having a lot of trouble with the game because they typically don't have processors and integrated graphics powerful enough to keep the game running smoothly.
I recommend going to Settings and trying the low graphics mode, but if that doesn’t work for you, your only option is to play it on another device.
