Full Game Walkthrough (if you're stuck)
Tutorial Level:
- Select unarmed, walk up to the chest and smack it with your left hand, the door will open and you will run forward to the respawn point.
- Select sword, run up to enemy and defeat it by swinging sword, or pressing Q for a powerful spin attack.
- Select unarmed and open the chest by the spawn point, run to the right above spawn past the spike traps and grab the next waypoint. On the wall is a lever, hit it to open the door and run through to complete the level.
Level 1:
- Head directly to the right and hit the lever first, then the chest.
- After dying, wait at the door for your ghost to hit the lever and then run through unarmed for the speed boost to the next checkpoint, use the Thorns ability to avoid taking damage from the spike trap!
- Once at the checkpoint select sword 3 times and clear the enemies to the left, right and top areas, you can use as many ghosts as you need, but to 5 star the level try and stay below 2 minute completion time.
To the left of spawn is a lever, hit it to open the door all the way to the right. Have an unarmed ghost pick up the chest above spawn and to the right of spawn.
- Run with an unarmed loadout behind your sword ghosts through the door to the right and grab the next respawn point.
- Use your Thorns ability to avoid the spike traps and saw blades, pick up the chest past the spike traps and run to the finish line to complete the level.
Level 2:
- This level is a little less puzzle like. You will want to select between sword & crossbow and just start killing as many enemies as you can as fast as possible. The crossbow Q ability has a great piercing attack to blast through enemies and the sword spin AOE is a fantastic way to clear out the mushrooms fast. There is a checkpoint over by the door, grab that to speed up clear times. To the right of that respawn point is a chest, grab that with an unarmed ghost.
- Once all enemies are defeated the door opens. Quickly grab the respawn point behind the door.
- Once you are at that respawn point, pick an unarmed ghost and run past the swinging blades in the cave. Take this a little slow, the cave obscures your vision and you will want to be careful. Use Thorns to avoid damage where you can. Once at the end, before hitting the finish line make sure your ghosts complete all of the tasks, runs under 3 minutes give a perfect 5 star.
Carnivora Boss Fight:
- Carnivora is a very simple fight, but there is some puzzle mechanics to it. When you spawn, pick a crossbow loadout and run forward into the arena. The boss will use its first ability, Call Forth Minions, this spawns 5 mushrooms to the arena. Avoid fighting the mushrooms and aim for the glowing pods on the vines, target the 2 up highest first using the crossbow ability and your singular crossbow bolt.
- Once the 2 highest pods are down, grab a sword and start clearing mobs and hitting the pods on the vines. The boss is reckless and kills its own pods and minions over time, so you should be done pretty fast with this step. The boss has some attacks you should watch out for in this period of the fight though:
- Poison Breath: the boss will spew poison over the arena, a poison cloud will form over the center of the arena, avoid it as it deals rapid damage over time.
- Vines From Below: the boss will indicate red circles around the map, avoid them as deadly vines will emerge from below the ground.
- Seed Bombs: the boss will spew exploding bombs, stay away from these, the blast radius is deadly.
- Note, the boss is completely invulnerable for the whole fight until this next step.
- Once the pods are all destroyed the vines will clear up and reveal 2 pressure plates. Get a ghost to stand on one, and you stand on the other. A weight will shake loose from the ceiling and crush Carnivora. Once Carnivora is knocked down they become vulnerable. You can begin running up and smacking its pot to deal damage to it.
- Once the boss gets back up it will enter its enraged state. While enraged Carnivora unlocks the Slam attack, jumping up and slamming down into the arena knocking everything back. This doesn't deal damage, but may cause you to be forced into traps, poison, seed bombs and other dangers.
- The enraged boss will also change its Vines From Below attack, there is a 45% the vines will turn into beams which stay around dealing damage for 5 seconds. Avoid them as they deal a ton of damage!
- At this point just start sending your army of ghosts in to smack and shoot the boss, remember that the crossbow passive makes your crossbow ghosts bolts deal double damage, so stacking them up is super effective!
- Once you defeat the boss a door will open, make sure to clear any remaining mushroom enemies and run through the door for a perfect 5 stars to complete the game.
