I'd say it's better to avoid using 'tall' letters unless absolutely necessary. The original font sizes were hardcoded as 16x16 and 8x8, and while I've done my best to support taller fonts, the implementation isn't perfect - things may occasionally look off. For some languages, like Spanish, taller letters are unavoidable. But I don't think that's the case for Greek. Yes, Ή looks slightly inconsistent, especially next to Η, but it's only one letter. Switching to a 'tall' version of the entire charset just for that one character might cause more problems than it solves. Unless the normal‑sized Ή is unreadable, I'd say we should stick with the regular version.
