The game seemed really sophisticated, lots of systems, variables, there's encyclopedia and world seeding, you can even export the png snapshot of the city it seems. It's really impressive. I didn't spend enough time to get into it all, but I liked the visuals and i think there is a lot of depth to explore in this version. I found the city builder to be interesting approach to the jam's theme. It seems like a well made game for someone interested in this genre.
