If you have health issues enabled for your save, you'll see the following:
- Each illness will have different tiers of symptoms, with worse symptoms appearing the more unhealthy the character is.
- Whilst obesity will impact a character's health, you'll be able to create healthy meals, shakes and snacks using new ingredients to counteract this. Exercise will also help.
- The doctor's home visits will be to check up on immobile characters at your home.
- Failing to treat your, or a girl's, health conditions could result in hospitalisation. The character will be placed out of action until their health recovers.
- The hospital will be a new location & you'll be able to visit any girls residing there.
