I'm glad you like my game & I'm happy to say that some of your suggestions will be in the next update!
1. I've added the portraits to most parts of the game, including dates, minigames and livestreams. I've also created a new facial expression system, so that the girls will visibly react based on how they're feeling!
2. I'm planning to add more feeder, feedee and mutual gainer personalities in a future update, plus a corruption system to turn normal girls into feedists. Have you encountered the eager, reluctant and bashful feedee types yet? They sound similar to what you're looking for.
3. In the sex update I'll be adding full body images & the mirror option will let you view your full naked body at any time to see how your weight gain unfolds. It'll only be a single angle to begin with, but I could add a rear view in future.
4. The next update does actually have a basic animation for hose feeding! Don't expect too much, but it does show the girl with a hose in her mouth, swallowing it down and reacting to it as she becomes stuffed.
