CC0 is a completely different license than the one you are describing, you are describing a CC BY 4.0.

Alright, ive used texture.com textures that are definitely not CC0. I don't have the time to research after how much editing, downscaling or deforming a texture is considered different and suitable for CC0, so i guess not.
