lektrik fan has gone through hell in the world of balancing LMAO
any weaker and he became useless against even basic exterminators
any stronger and every exterminator would be stuck to the edge of the field
so i opted for the good knockback against basic exterminators
while giving resistance to the stronger exterminators who deserve it
( and complete immunity to the greatest threats mwuuwhwhauhaw )
