There are definitely some similarities, but with Goth, I plan to lean more into darkness/romantic melancholy. With Sweet, the personality will be more naive and trusting (whereas Bubbly is more extroverted and Kind is more maternal).
Chav won't be Scottish/Irish by default, but I could add a filter to transform the dialogue of any of the personalities to have an accent! I might look at doing that in the Dizzy's & London update.
