I liked this game a lot! the crushing reality of being denied relief by the medical establishment hit very close to home, i've been in kitten's shoes before.

The text effects were fun, and the text colors helped a lot with clarity. This story was super hot to read for my subbier parts.

i know this sounds crazy to say, given the intensity of the subject matter, but if anything this didn't feel terribly toxic at all. It could be read as toxic from, like, a cop/psychiatrist's perspective, but given the ways Kitten was hurt, i think it was probably the ideal arrangement for Kitten; incredibly wholesome and loving.

We love the art so much!!

We're glad this could resonated for y'all! This was also somewhat a bit of a vent piece about some of the bull my system has gone through trying to get (and still having not gotten) bottom surgery. There were some changes made (my therapist refused to write a recommendation letter because we have DID), but we tried to keep to the spirit of how much despair that brought us at the time, and it honestly still affects us to this day.

I'm glad the text colors helped so much with clarity! We had an idea of what we were gonna do with the colors, but our partner system and queer-platonic partner system helped us settle on how we were doing text colors. The text effects were super fun to mess with. It was super hot to write for our system lol

I think I agree, definitely not as actually toxic as it could have been the way we ended up writing it. We appreciate the feedback and the art! We'll definitely be making more toxic and wholesome games, hopefully both twisted into a sickening mix of extreme emotions.
