There's a hidden worksheet called "Database" which you can access by clicking the three-line icon to the left of the WELCOME sheet. When you bring that page up, you'll see a series of tables for anomalies, competencies, abilities, etc., and you should be able to add new rows below those tables. Give it a shot and see if it works as you expect.
