a very enjoyable play! <3 i loved the writing for this game, it really pulls the whole thing together quite nicely. you did a great job at creating this unsettling, at times creepy atmosphere that carries all throughout the story and then lingers some, even when Mould isn't there. and talking about the Black Mold Man, what a mysterious, intriguing character <3 ! his desperation and need of approval, almost like a child, gives this almost innocent charm to him.
he's desperate, pathetic and absolutely adorable, which i think is the very thing that makes being mean to him so hard. yet at the same time, no matter how meek and complacent he might seem in the surface, there is this undeniable uneasiness about him -- makes me think of Uncanny Valley. your writing balanced these aspects of him, which would normally be conflicting, very very smoothy :D
there is also the MC's characterization -- i appreciate how the MC actually feels like it's shaped by the player's choices. i've played a lot of VNs, and i always tend to run into the problem that, even though a lot of them offer inclusive pronouns options, the way the MC is written always tends to point to a female protagonist or one that is heavily fem-coded. usually meek, passive or overly anxious. the MC here didn’t strike me as such, and i very much enjoyed the way you wrote them <3 it makes the player experience all the more enjoyable and like i can actually relate to them.
