Welcome back to it! Yeah, it's sort of a consequence of having large variations in boob size for the main character whereas NPCs usually only have the one so their bodies are drawn to fit. I don't think it'll change at this point just because of how much graphics work would be involved with redrawing all the clothes to fit new sizes though.
