Heya! Sorry to hear you ran into that issue :(
We’ve seen one other case of someone else having this problem and they had to switch browsers for it to work. They switched from Opera to Chrome, in this case. Really sorry about this inconvenience, hope you can try it in a different browser and it works for ya!
