I initially assumed the duplicate Room 13 was a joke playing on the taboo of "unlucky" room numbers in public buildings. But then I spotted Room 6 (second crew bunk) is duplicated too. I suspect it was just a mistake and I shouldn't be reading too much into the missing rooms being 7 and 14. I'm calling 14 the Cargo Loading Bay for lack of a better name.
