The portraits are mix of various AI assisted methods and hand fixing. We're trying really hard to make them looks as good and consistent as possible. You will notice some portraits in this demo (Demo 3) might look a little out of place, this is becuase some portraits are still lacking updates (mainly some NPC's and Generic enemies).
We understand not everyone will like our use of AI assisted portraits and we're trying to be as transparent as possible by disclaming it under the game's main page description.
