I know it's a weight-gain game, but it would be interesting if they could gain some visible muscle, nothing exaggerated, to have that side of the girls too. It's just a suggestion.
If you get a character's fitness over 50%, they will be described as having some visible muscle, but I'd like to take that further with at least another stage beyond this. One day, I'd like to add a much more complex fitness system in general!
