Fun short game! The visuals are beautiful and character designs are really cool!
Combat and movement felt nice and smooth too. The only thing I felt was missing was some indication when dying and when the boss was dropping back down. A simple sound cue for the boss and camera shake + sound for dying would have done the job. Also some fanfare after defeating the boss to let the player know they've won would have been nice or just cutting to black, because I thought that the boss bugged out at first.
Very cool game, I hope you expand it further!
