have you ever read our dead girlfriend by jon athan? it's this awfully written (imo) "extreme horror" novella that follows traces of this. in my opinion, you've done it much better, and much more tastefully. i kept pondering the direction this would veer toward, and my thoughts were surprised each time the vn went elsewhere (in a good way).
really nicely and slowly built up story that has much to say and does so in a very effective way. perfect ending, imo. the detail with the sprites and the lack of art throughout except for a few key places is really well-thought out.
