When you uploaded the (1) version of 0.03.3, the Itch.io client started thinking that was the newest version, and is insisting on "updating" to it. You might want to fix that.
Unfortunately I don't think they'll be able to fix that until the new version actually has mainline content. I mean, it's possible, but it would require users digging for one or the other.
