Currently no since Itch IO has had some grand idea of disabling card payments for some products. I'm thinking of making the game available on other platforms, but not before I finish the MZ port.
I have no idea. Some months at least. I am busy with other stuff in life and I keep finding new random issues in the port every time I test it. So it's hard to estimate.
Apparently Stripe, Itch IO's payment card processor, won't allow Itch to sell erotic goods anymore when using Stripe. Itch IO would need to find a payment card processor that will accept payments for erotic goods to process payment cards for games like this.
