Hi! I am loving the game so far and I have one suggestion, could you add an option for character death and maybe a death feedee personality. Like I said I am really loving the game so far and I think you are doing a great job. I think that a death option would make it a little bit more realistic and I completely understand if that something you are not interested in doing. Thank you so much for this amazing game!
Don't worry, hospitalisation won't appear unless you have the 'Health Issues' game setting from the Jobs & Home update enabled.
It'll only occur if you ignore a character's health, to add more incentive to go to the doctor and take medication/use the CPAP machine. The hospitalisation itself is a break from gameplay to recover and doesn't result in any permanent effects.
