Good question; no! My goal is to continuously keep the game from needing new saves at all costs. My own save file I use is at day 150 now, so I'm pretty good about staying compatible with previous saves. There's been a few times I've had to add quick patches when syncing issues happen, but so far I've managed to keep the same file since the first version.
