In the mail section of peeptube, you will occasionally receive viewer requests, you just gotta do the actions they request in the night time segment and you'll gain viewer points. Once you reach a certain amount of points you automatically gain a higher status. This is all explained in-game, in the "welcome" email in the same mail section of peeptube.
