The majority of the project has been going on long before AI was at a point of being useful in generative content. If anything now it could be used as a tool to probably review the existing code and look for performance enhancements. Only the creator could really answer this but if anything else it would have maybe used in some of the most latest features, but I think the original project is around nearly a decade old. I'm currently using AI to make a compatibility patch between this and SRPG Gear MZ, but I'm also a bit too invested in my career path to switch to learning to code for myself when AI can help me cater to my specific project needs in a timely manner.

Thoughtful response. I didn't think to check the original publish/project date, to be fair, so thanks for pointing that out for me

As for your projects, more power to you, i guess lol, you don't owe me an explanation XD. I just have my own bone(s) to pick with the AI market sector as a whole, so try not to use any of it in any part of my projects as a result. And like I said, I saw a different plugin for RPGMZ that I was extremely interested in and excited for, then on further investigation, the creator used AI to generate 100% of the code and assets. So not only was it no longer a fit for me, I wasn't even confident it would *work* anymore lo

I get that. I was interested in a paid suite of plugins, but every video the guy posted to preview he acted like he didn't know how his own plug-ins actually operated. Come to find out he largely vibe-coded everything. If that's the case I can vibe-code what I need for myself, actually use it in my projects and make sure it is stress tested and updated accordingly. Then if people are interested in it I can share it and at least be familiar with how it actually works unlike these other vibe-coders pumping out promises just trying to make a quick buck.
