Nice game! I like the character and resource sprites, they are well drawn.
The gameplay is simple and fun. I did find an issue where the resource count and built gun and sword don't reset when quitting to main menu and going back in, allowing you to use all the weapons immediately. There was one enemy on the platform that you can't really get to, so I guess that one gets to tell the tale. I also wish the boss at the end had an attack or something to actually challenge the player and let them use the weapons they built to their fullest.
Given the time limit and your personal time constraints, I think you did a great job!
