Only if you add commentary. Basically, besides naming each track according to your theme, say something about its contents. It doesn't have to be long but enough to show the progression, even a few sentences. The more, the better, of course, but since it's music, you gotta focus on music.
That's the plan! When I make albums with a story to be told, I try to tell the listener what's happening in the Soundtrack Info, along with making a lot of the songs have different phases to them.
