I don't understand how to get all the photos, please explain. I've been trying for hours and I just can't get 20% of the photos, what should I do???😭

You said that you don't have to follow a girl from a third phone, but how do you do that? I've tried, but it all goes linearly and the choice doesn't change anything.

Every choice changes something and gets different images, there are 9 routes through the current game (If you're playing the 'Is this NTR' story). I'm not sure what you mean by follow a girl from a third phone?

and will the choice from chapters 1-2 affect the image acquisition in the following chapters? or can all the images in a chapter be obtained by changing the answers only in this one chapter?

I mean there are probably more, that was just an estimation. If you make different choices you get different routes. Just make different choices each time and you will see different things. Some choices interact with each other too, so making both, or making one and not the other will get different results.
