Stats are upgraded at the barracks. If you cant upgrade anymore, playing the story will allow you to unlock upgrades
I'm playing on Android and am currently stuck on a quest that requires a Strength stat of 5 to show off to the female soldier. However, when I go to the military camp, there’s nothing for me to do. Did I miss something?
Usually you have to go in the morning on weekday after finishing the other quests in the questlog and train there 5 times
