You can start romancing Raymond towards the middle/end of Episode 4, but his intimate scenes are not implemented yet. (We have started working on them.)
As for Lahnkush (and Lahkhadia): Soon.
It's 100% confirmed that they will be romanceable, but there is still a bit of work to be done first. <3
