Hey, not really, but you can farm werewolves and buy more healing items from a cat next to the Mia's cell. That should be enough to carry you through the fight.
How do I farm werewolves? They don't respawn in the room where they sleep and I do not know of another area where they are before the battle with the boss werewolf.
