I'm sorry for my ignorance, but do I need to email them and open a ticket to be indexed? Or is it okay just to wait?

The FAQ says to wait many days before asking for support... and it doesn't say it's 100% necessary to submit a ticket.

I think it has been a while for me around 5 month so i will try asking for support. :D
