I see it too, its just the general text in the game, mostly tooltips I think. The font compresses vertically in a way that it sometimes makes it a lot harder to read
yea, sometimes the numbers get compressed and they can get harder to read
if you're playing in web browser make sure the game is clicked/activated then try F11 to fullscreen
