Missing textures is normally because your device has low specs and the ram can't load the large textures.
In the main menu settings, there is a "Low Resolution" setting that should fix it!
Updated the game to 0.11.2 and changed the Low Resolution toggle to instead be a selectable Quality option (Full, Half, Third).
Half is the previous Low Resolution mode.
Third makes textures much smaller, so it might fix your issue (though the textures will look very pixelated, so I'd recommend an alternative device if you can).
