Check to make sure you talked and completed the week 3 jobs for Sophie at the Potion shop, Uzul at the General Store and Lucian at the Blacksmith.

Hmm, can you recall if you were able to do any of those three jobs during an afternoon?
Normally you should be only able to do them in the mornings.
Edit: Ah, I think I found your issue. Due to the unique start, the week 3 Blacksmith job can be done at any point. So yeah your save is currently softlocked. If you have a save from prior in that week from before you did the Blacksmith job, don't do it unless it is morning.
